Top tier minis was awesome in the process of purchasing my thumpstar tsr140. Brad spent time on the phone with me going over the different bikes and options more than once before purchase and even offered to help me out on some other parts at the time of sale. 10/10 experience. I emailed you guys before I got this bike because I never heard of your site. I got a phone number and talk to one of the owners who answered everything I wanted to know. I got the bike super fast it had one bad spot on the box and bent the cage in side the box. No big deal scratched the plastic. Once I start putting it together starting notching a few things from factory just one fork had oil , graphics peeled off when I tried to take the paper of them lots of little scratches. I wish the aftermarket was bigger in the states. I have not been able to ride it yet. Top tier you guys have amazing customer service
